Robbie Salter is currently the CEO and Founder of Nights & Weekends, a digital source for hiring part-time and full-time creative talent, as well as the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of a stealth mode direct-to-consumer startup. Immediately prior to launching both companies, Robbie Salter spent 6 years at MediaLink, a consultancy that operates at the center of the marketing, entertainment, finance and technology industries. There, he helped grow the company from a 40-person organization to over 125 employees before its eventual sale to Ascential. Prior to joining MediaLink, Salter led business development initiatives for Viacom’s creative consultancy, Scratch, where he worked to create strategic partnerships connecting the company’s roster of talent to emerging audience segments. Before Scratch, Salter spent nearly three years in creative development and advertising sales at Whalerock Industries (formerly BermanBraun), and two years in creative development at Jerry Bruckheimer Films and Television.
Robbie holds a JD/MBA from Northwestern University and a BBA from the University of Michigan.
