Carolina Madero

Carolina is the Community Operations Lead at Project Healthy Minds. Her focus is to build and implement community-focused processes and key initiatives. She's excited about growing the community and personally engaging with its members to learn more about how Project Healthy Minds can best fulfill its mission.Camille is a proud alumna of Barnard College, and is currently based in Los Angeles.

With her passion for purpose-driven organizations, Carolina is currently pursuing a Social Impact MBA at Boston University and an MBA Internship at BlackRock within the Corporate Communications team, focusing on sustainability. Previously, she was part of the Latin American Marketing team at BlackRock, where she led the strategy and project management for sustainable investing solutions in Mexico. She also heavily focused on the retail segment, working towards driving adoption, growth, and education for this segment. Prior to joining BlackRock, Carolina worked at Coca Cola FEMSA where she focused on optimizing supply chain processes to reduce waste and company costs. Carolina also interned at Microsoft and holds a degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Carolina grew up in five different countries and is originally from Mexico City, Mexico. Currently, Carolina is based in Boston.
